Heart Berry Workshop:
This interactive session blends to enhance self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence through reflective discussion and creative expression, using the strawberry as a metaphor for growth, sweetness, and inner strength. Participants will:
Feel more confident in their unique skills and qualities
Connect personal identity with symbols of growth and resilience
Develop a deeper understanding of their value in life and the workplace
Leave with a visual and written reminder of their strengths
Day 1: Will focus on drawing a and painting a strawberry and focus on the client’s inner strawberry strengths.
Day 2: Beading a strawberry pin with the support of Dee Watson: Knowledge Bead Sharer.
