Indigenous Energy Project
This initiative aims to connect Indigenous individuals across Nova Scotia with meaningful opportunities in the growing clean economy. We are working to facilitate pathways to sustainable employment and build a skilled Indigenous workforce in this vital sector. This project is made possible through a partnership with Clean Foundation and funding from Service Canada under the Skills and Partnership Fund (SPF). The agreement runs from January 29, 2024, to March 31, 2026, and will support Indigenous Peoples both off-reserve and within First Nation Communities in Nova Scotia.
